You may be eligible for the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Disaster Relief Assistance for Immigrants, a one-time disaster relief assistance program for undocumented adults who are ineligible for other forms of relief. Qualifying adults can receive $500 in assistance, with a maximum of $1000 per household. The applications will remain open until the funding is spent, or until June 30, 2020.
L.A. County has launched two new rent relief programs: the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (for residential tenants) and the Rent Relief program (for landlords of the 2nd district). These programs provide a lifeline to income-eligible renters and mom-and-pop landlords in some unincorporated areas of L.A. County. Project Roomkey is seeking providers of laundry services and temporary housing.
