The Empowerment Congress Central Area Neighborhood Development Council is focused on Bringing Back Neighborhood Pride, by targeting issues of safety, beautification, healthy living, and community involvement in 2018. The Community S.T.E.P.S. Program got off to a great start this fall with LAPD Officers and neighbors joining forces for a weekly walk on Saturdays. Community members get exercise, build relationships with Officers and even get a chance to partake in health screenings. S.T.E.P.S. continues each Saturday morning at 9. Join us then!
